Ronald Holt
Ronald Holt began his
spiritual training as a teenager in northern California when he devoted himself
to a committed practice of Wing Chun Kung Fu. This gave him the foundation of a
steady mind, focused thought, and the ability to sense subtle flows of energy.
In the late 1970s, as a young man in his early 20s, he began his practice of
meditation, even through his tour of duty on an aircraft carrier in the US
Navy. Once honorably discharged, he moved to New Mexico (USA) and began a
serious study of esoteric spirituality, studying under a teacher and channel
outside of Albuquerque.
Throughout his life he has always received inspiration and information, but when he was younger he didn’t know how to use it. During the 1980s, he began to receive information regarding the ancient science of sacred geometry – most especially utilizing the wisdom of the platonic solid called the octahedron. His explorations into sacred geometry continued and in the early 1990s he began teaching workshops based on sacred geometry and meditation. He also traveled extensively to sacred sites in the American southwest and Hawaii, and let nature and his inner inspirations teach him what he needed to know for the future.
At this time, he was also working as a marine and field archaeologist for the prestigious Bishop Museum of Honolulu – with projects that took him to all of the Hawaiian Islands and the Marianas Islands (Rota, Guam, Saipan, and Tinian). In this work, he had the great opportunity to work with the Hawaiian medicine people called kahunas, which furthered his education and practice of indigenous spirituality.
In 1997, Ron became the director of Flower of Life Research, an organization that spreads the teachings of sacred geometry and meditation worldwide. He had the responsibility to teach other teachers, develop new programs, and continue teaching his original workshops that uniquely combine meditation, martial arts principles, sacred geometry, and the wisdom of the Earth into profound experiential seminars that are life-changing for participants.
Ron is also a certified teacher of Taoist yoga (Korean Sundoh style), and has trained in Hatha yoga at the master educational level (500 hours). Since his teenage years he has utilized the training he has had in various forms of Kung Fu. Today, he combines his training in the internal martial arts, meditation, sacred geometry, and archaeology with his unique methods to work with opening the human heart. His workshops (sometimes together with wife Lyssa Royal Holt) are inspiring, life-changing, and totally unique. By nature he is a private person who does not feel comfortable “going public”, but his many students continually ask for more. Through the SOLi School, we are thrilled to offer more of his original work. Ron’s workshops tangibly help connect the student to their own source of Divine energy so that they can truly feel their connection to the universe and apply that wisdom to everyday life in an easy, practical way.

Lyssa Royal Holt
Lyssa Royal Holt began her
training and teaching in the mid-1980s. She was first formally trained as a
trance channel by a well known and respected channel in Los Angeles. The
approach to her training was psychological in nature, because doctoral
candidates at UCLA were studying the process of channeling as it relates to
personality integration and development, and her teacher was part of the
research program. Because of this approach and her B.A. in psychology, Lyssa
learned channeling from the point-of-view that it could be a tool for spiritual
evolution as channels learn to work with their egos so that it would not
interfere in the channeling process. This profound method of learning to
channel influences the way she teaches the skill today – as a tool for personal
and spiritual evolution. While Lyssa still trance channels today, she also
teaches in a consciously-connected state in which her higher awareness
communicates through her “human self” as she teaches – a skill that has been
honed for more than 25 years.
Lyssa is most known for her in depth explorations of the nature of extraterrestrial consciousness and how it impacts human evolution. Her books The Prism of Lyra, Visitors from Within, Preparing for Contact, and Millennium, are classics in the field of channeled literature, as well as her newly-released Galactic Heritage Cards -- a one-of-a-kind set of 108 inspirational cards based on the cosmology she introduces in her classic book The Prism of Lyra. She also has an extensive library of audio material based on her work since the late 1980s. She has been interviewed on TV and radio around the globe (including most recently by the Discovery Channel, and Shirley MacLaine’s radio show), and has appeared in countless magazine articles over the last 2+ decades.
At present, Lyssa works extensively in Japan and has done so since 1990. She also offers courses in North America and Europe as time allows. Sometimes she offers private consultations as well. She also works from time-to-time with her husband Ronald Holt, combining her intuitive and channeling work with his expertise in the fields of sacred geometry, meditation, yoga and martial arts, and much more.

Yvette Báez
Yvette was born in Mexico City and grew up in an environment nurtured by arts, humanities and science, which triggered and stimulated her creative and curious nature. She received a degree with honors in Fine Arts and in the late 1980s, left her country to live in El Salvador, where among other jobs and activities, she worked as a journalist and war correspondent for two prestigious news agencies from Mexico and the UK. She also traveled constantly around Central America as part of her job.
Yvette returned to Mexico in the early 1990s and for a short period she re-connected with her fine arts career and began her spiritual journey by studying and practicing Tai-Chi, Chi-Kung, meditation and energy healing practices including Reiki. Around that time she also found out that she was very ill as a result of post-traumatic stress and began to explore alternative ways to return balance to her life. She took some courses and did her own research on herbalism, homeopathy and nutrition. Yvette got her Reiki Master degree in 1996 and kept a private practice during which she attended family, friends and clients, including many people in severe and end-stage disease.
Around that same time, she got involved with the Flower of Life teachings and worked at the first liaison office, where she coordinated the preparation of the FOL original workshop materials in Spanish. Yvette became a FOL facilitator in 1997 and later on was invited to join the new administration of Flower of Life Research, headed by Ron Holt and Lyssa Royal Holt. Yvette was director of the Latin America Office from 1998 to 2013, where she assisted and coordinated the advanced program in Spanish and traveled with Ron and Lyssa to present it in English in other countries.
Yvette remains very close friends with Ron and Lyssa and is so grateful for the opportunity to see how they both evolved and refined their work to give birth to the Seed of Life Institute and the SOLi School. Her desire is to continue to support them in this new journey of contribution to create a more conscious, balanced and spiritually awakened life on Earth.
At present Yvette lives with her husband in a forested area of the central state of Morelos, Mexico, where she continues with her personal research to achieve a more holistic and sustainable way of living. David Cow, Cow Films LTD
David Cow is a TV commercial and music video director from Hong Kong, and the founder of Cow Films, LTD. He feels that he is terrible at expressing himself, but he speaks volumes through images and art.
With formal arts training and a strong art history background, David focuses on expressing a consistent personal message about a given subject matter through different methodologies -- from acrylic painting, poems, digital graphics, to comics, videos and 3D installations. He is passionate about topics relating to and symbolizing universal concerns and humanity at large, such as the status of the planet Earth, human love, ambitions, fears, genius, and limitations of the human heart and mind. He can never talk about them with words, but through art, these topics amazingly and powerfully drive him toward new mediums and perspectives. David is considered to be an “up-and-coming” moving-image director in the advertising and music video fields in Hong Kong.
David is a student of Lyssa's, as well as a close friend. His spiritual knowledge and innate channeling experiences led him to visualize all the artwork presented in Lyssa's Galactic Heritage Cards. David also created some of the hand-painted images included on this web site.

Rainer Kitza
Rainer Kitza lives in Germany. He is a spiritual teacher, integral coach and consciousness researcher and has been a successful entrepreneur and consultant for many years. In addition, he has explored different therapeutic methods, studied the teachings of eastern masters and experienced deep initiations while working with his shamanic teachers. Rodolfo Citro
A translator and certified naturopath, Rodolfo has been exploring the world of energy healing since 1988 and studied and deepened his training in the sacred sites of the world, ancient eastern as well as western disciplines. He has been active in studies and researches focusing on Sacred Geometry, ancient Tibetan tradition, meditation, laser acupuncture and the energetic and vibrational systems, which intervene in the healing processes. He has been trained as a facilitator of Flower of Life and he’s currently one of the teaching assistants of Dr. Eric Pearl and a member of The Reconnection Teaching Team with which he has been exploring and investigating the many possibilities of Reconnective Healing.

Barbara Rose lives in the UK and is a visionary artist, award-winning author and researcher of Truth - a passion she has enjoyed since her early teens. She loves to play! Daniele Piserchia
Daniele Piserchia lives in Italy. He studied and lived for several years in England. His life went through a profound transformation after a near-death experience and a series of ET contact experiences. Daniele is also Lyssa's channeling student and a wonderful channel (often channeling the Zetas, Sirius, Arcturus and many others). He offers a series of consultations, channelings, meditations, classes and excursions. In addition to working with theoretical and practical lessons of ancient Taoist practices, his teachings help to strengthen a greater connection with Higher Self, Mother Earth, the stars and the whole universe, because we are all One consciousness experiencing life in so many different ways. He holds channeling, meditation and Taoist yoga events in Italy and abroad (both in English & Italian), as well as holding channeling private sessions, life consultations, workshops and excursions in nature. He has worked for 12 years in the educational field with children, and currently organizes with other friends and colleagues holistic transformational summer camps for children and teenagers. His work also offers support to teachers and parents to help them harmonize their relationships with children.
