To register for this on-line Zoom class, please fill out all appropriate information and click submit. You will receive an automatic confirmation that we have received your email. Soon after, you will receive a personalized note about your registration and scheduling from which we can set final times and a date.
The completion of this form and sending it is needed for working out the scheduling of your session. Once we receive and process you payment, then your scheduled session will be set and finalized. If you are concerned about your registration and whether we have received it, you may always email us at our general address. However, you will receive a personal email that confirms your registration and finalized schedule.
